What it actually does
The Ludmilla is a black, dimmable LED desk lamp from Lindby. A touch control adjusts brightness and light colour in steps, and built-in joints let you aim the light. A memory function keeps the chosen settings as long as the plug stays in. The display in the middle shows time, date and room temperature and includes an alarm function. A USB port on the frame is meant, according to the manufacturer, for charging devices such as smartphones. The display needs a CR2032 battery, which is included in the box.
Reasons for
- Brightness and light colour via touch
- Display shows time, date, temperature
- USB port for charging devices
Reasons against
- Display needs its own CR2032 battery
- Memory lost when unplugged
- Listed in black only
Who should skip it
If you just want a plain reading lamp, you are paying for a clock, thermometer and alarm you will not use. Anyone who dislikes a display with its own battery or wants a colour other than black should look elsewhere.
