Detection range is 1 to 8 m, the on-time is adjustable from 10 seconds to 12 minutes, the light threshold from 3 to 2,000 lux, and the maximum installation height is 8 m. With its IP54 rating it is intended for hallways and bathrooms as well as balconies or terraces.

Who should skip it
If you control your lights with a wall switch anyway, you are paying for a motion detector you do not need. Bulbs are not in the box and must be bought separately. For fully exposed outdoor spots the manufacturer only names IP54 for balcony and terrace use.
