What it actually does
The Swivel-Loc telescopic pole by Das Blaue Wunder is an extension for the window cleaning set of the same name. According to the manufacturer it extends to up to 1.26 m and is meant to make cleaning large windows and surfaces easier. A locking pin holds the chosen length so it does not slip, and an ergonomic grip plus a release button are intended to keep handling comfortable. The seller states it fits item 6713173, the Swivel-Loc window cleaner set, which is offered separately. Die moderne Hausfrau CH sells the pole for CHF 27.95 plus CHF 6.95 shipping.
Reasons for
- Extends to 1.26 m
- Locking pin fixes the length
- Release button and ergonomic grip
Reasons against
- Only stated to fit Swivel-Loc set
- Cleaning set sold separately
Who should skip it
If you do not own the Swivel-Loc window cleaner set, this pole is of little use: the seller presents it as an extension for that set only and does not mention compatibility with other squeegees. For windows within arm's reach, an extension is unnecessary anyway.
